Over the last number of years, we have built our Danske Belong ambition, supported by committed colleague led networks such as our Gender Diversity Network. And our own experience has proven that diversity of thinking and inclusivity are good for colleagues and good for business.

We’re also committed to helping to nurture future skills and talent in Northern Ireland’s young people, to raise aspirations and help them achieve their own ambitions, working in partnership with education and industry towards this goal.

Being a Foundation Partner of the SistersIN Leadership Programme, therefore, makes perfect sense.
