Lowe Rental Partners with SistersIN to Create New Opportunities for Young Women
SistersIN is delighted to welcome global refrigeration and catering equipment rental specialist Lowe Rental as a new Growth Partner, beginning a partnership that will create new opportunities for young women across Northern Ireland to develop their leadership skills. confidence, broaden their horizons and explore the world of work.
As a first-year partner, Lowe Rental will support SistersIN’s programme for 16–18 year old girls, contributing to opportunities across leadership development, mentoring, A Day with Your Mentor and leadership-in-action projects.
Through the partnership, Lowe Rental colleagues will have the opportunity to connect with SistersIN participants, sharing their experiences and career journeys while giving young women an insight into the variety of roles and pathways that exist within a growing, international business.
The partnership also reflects the importance of connecting young women with organisations from different sectors and backgrounds. Exposure to a wider range of workplaces and professionals can help participants discover opportunities they may not have previously considered, while giving them the confidence to ask questions, build networks and think more broadly about their futures.
For SistersIN, partnerships with organisations such as Lowe Rental are an important part of exposing young women to a diverse range of workplaces and career possibilities. Connecting participants with professionals from different sectors allows them to build their networks, ask questions and gain insights that can help them make informed decisions about their futures.
As a Growth Partner, Lowe Rental will support the continued development of the SistersIN programme and its work to provide meaningful leadership and mentoring opportunities to young women across Northern Ireland.
