MCS Group and Honeycomb Jobs are continuing their longstanding partnership with SistersIN, supporting the development of the next generation of young female leaders as a Development Partner.

Having supported SistersIN since the beginning of the programme, the partnership reflects a long-term commitment to creating opportunities for young women to develop their confidence, leadership skills and ambitions.

Through their involvement with SistersIN, colleagues from across MCS Group and Honeycomb Jobs contribute as mentors, sharing their experience and insights with young women taking part in the programme. This provides mentees with the opportunity to build meaningful connections with women working across a range of professional sectors, while gaining a broader understanding of the world of work and leadership.

The partnership also provides opportunities for MCS Group and Honeycomb Jobs employees to develop their own leadership and mentoring skills, while contributing to the development of the young women they support.

Mairead Scott,  Managing Director at Honeycomb Jobs said:

“We are proud to have supported SistersIN since the beginning of the programme and to see how it has continued to grow and create opportunities for young women across Northern Ireland.
“Our involvement with SistersIN gives our people the opportunity to share their experiences, skills and knowledge with the next generation, while also developing their own mentoring and leadership skills. We have seen first-hand the value of these relationships and the confidence they can help build.
“We are delighted to continue our support as a Development Partner and look forward to working with SistersIN and its mentors and mentees for another year.”

SistersIN works with young women aged 16–18, supporting them to develop the skills, confidence and experience to become the next generation of female leaders. The programme combines one-to-one mentoring with leadership development, workshops, A Day With Your Mentor and leadership-in-action projects.
