Fibrus Continues Partnership with SistersIN to Support the Next Generation of Female Leaders

Northern Ireland-based telecommunications company Fibrus is continuing its partnership with SistersIN for a fourth year, supporting young women across Northern Ireland to build confidence, develop leadership skills and prepare for their future careers.

Fibrus, one of Northern Ireland’s leading broadband providers, is continuing its support of SistersIN, a leadership and mentoring programme for young women aged 16–18.

Through the partnership, Fibrus is helping provide young women with opportunities to connect with inspiring professionals, gain insight into the world of work and develop the skills and confidence needed to take their next steps.

SistersIN participants are matched with mentor from a diverse range of sectors and professions, giving them access to one-to-one support, guidance and new networks. Alongside mentoring, participants develop and deliver their own leadership projects, tackling issues they care about and creating positive change within their schools and communities.
