SistersIN is delighted to announce Coca-Cola HBC Ireland and Northern Ireland as its newest Development Partner, strengthening a shared commitment to inspiring, empowering and developing the next generation of female leaders across Northern Ireland.
The partnership will support the continued growth of the SistersIN Leadership Programme, which will work with more than 70 schools across Northern Ireland and will support over 800 girls during the 2026/27 programme year.
SistersIN is a leadership and mentoring programme for girls aged 16–18. Through leadership skills development, mentoring, job shadowing and leadership-in-action projects, SistersIN equips young women with the confidence, skills and experience to become future leaders in their schools, communities and workplaces.
Coca‑Cola HBC Ireland and Northern Ireland is one of the country’s leading consumer goods businesses, employing over 970 people across the island of Ireland. As the strategic bottling partner of The Coca‑Cola Company, the business is responsible for manufacturing, distributing, selling and marketing a broad beverage portfolio to customers across the island, including global brands such as Coca‑Cola, Fanta, Sprite, Monster and Schweppes, as well as locally owned favourites Deep RiverRock and Fruice.
Gillian McKeown, Director of Operations and Growth at SistersIN, said:
"We are thrilled to welcome Coca-Cola HBC Ireland and Northern Ireland as a Development Partner. Their support will help us continue to expand opportunities for girls across Northern Ireland, ensuring more young women can access mentoring, leadership development and meaningful connections with inspiring female role models.
At SistersIN, we believe that when girls can see successful women in leadership and industry, they begin to see new possibilities for themselves. We look forward to working alongside the Coca-Cola HBC team to help unlock potential, build confidence and inspire the next generation of leaders."
Jenni Ardill, People and Culture Director at Coca-Cola HBC Ireland and Northern Ireland, said:
“At Coca-Cola HBC Ireland and Northern Ireland, we are passionate about developing talent and supporting the communities in which we operate. Through our partnership with SistersIN, we are excited to help young women build confidence, develop leadership skills and gain greater awareness of the many career opportunities available to them. We look forward to supporting participants as they prepare for their future careers and leadership journeys."
The partnership will provide opportunities for Coca-Cola HBC colleagues to engage with the programme and help inspire participants through mentoring, career insights and real-world experiences, helping girls develop the confidence and skills needed to thrive in the workplace and beyond.
As SistersIN continues to grow its impact across Northern Ireland, partnerships with businesses such as Coca-Cola HBC play a vital role in ensuring more young women can access the support, opportunities and encouragement they need to realise their potential.
