Fieldfisher strengthens commitment to developing the next generation of young women through continued SistersIN partnership

European law firm Fieldfisher has announced that it is entering its third year of supporting SistersIN, strengthening its commitment to the next generation of young women across Northern Ireland by becoming a Growth Partner.

SistersIN is a leadership and mentoring programme that supports young women aged 16–18 to develop their confidence, leadership skills and aspirations. Through one-to-one mentoring, leadership projects and opportunities to connect with professionals, the programme helps participants build the skills, networks and belief they need to take their next steps.

Following two successful years of support, Fieldfisher has progressed to Growth Partner status, reflecting its continued investment in the programme and its commitment to creating meaningful opportunities for young women.

As part of the partnership, Fieldfisher colleagues have supported SistersIN participants by sharing their experiences, insights and expertise, helping young women gain a greater understanding of the world of work and the different career pathways available to them. This year, Fieldfisher will build on that support by involving more mentors in the programme, enabling more participants to benefit from one-to-one guidance and professional insight.
